You must book an appointment and be evaluated by the physician to get prescriptions online.

Your prescriptions will be sent immediately after you complete your telemedicine visit and will be available for pickup as soon as a pharmacist prepares your order. Your pharmacy will notify you by text or call when prescriptions are ready. Pharmacists will be notified of urgent prescriptions and will process those within minutes.

Yes. At SBMD patients will be evaluated online by real US licensed medical providers

Our telemedicine platform is HIPAA compliant and all interactions are done via secure links. Faxes are electronic and are linked to the HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform.

SBMD Care verifies your insurance via a secure link to see if you are covered. Cost varies per service based on your insurance plan and you may have a copay. SBMD Care takes patients without Insurance.You can use our service for a very reasonable fee. New patients $125 Returning patients and Follow up visits $95

Currently SBMD Care treat adult patients 18 years and older, even geriatric/elderly patients with multiple complex medical conditions. We are working on expanding to patients 3 years and above and will update our website immediately once updated.

Credit cards and debit cards are accepted. We are working on payment plans

At this time SBMD Care focuses on patients in California but we are working on expanding to other States soon and eventually to all 50 states.

In instances where you are not seen, other than no show or same day cancellations, a refund will be issued.

There is a no show fee and same day cancellation fee of $25

No. All controlled substances such as pain medications are recommended to have an in office visit.

No. SBMD care is a virtual or online telemedicine practice.

Cash patients and select insurance plans are accepted.

Seeing a doctor online at your convenience is now possible without leaving the comfort of your home or office or taking time off work. Appointments are currently available in California, but will soon expand to other states. Cash patients as well as patient with insurance are accepted. New vists for cash patients $125. Follow-up visits cash patients $100.
